A:
  1. First you have to select the desired table to be exported.
  2. Go to Table -> Convert Table to Text
  3. Use the Separate the Text using Tabs option.
  4. File -> Save As -> choose the file type as Text Only

 

On Access:

  1. Right-click an empty area of the Tables Object list and select Import.
  2. Change the Files of Type to Text Files.
  3. Select your text file you saved earlier and work through the Import Text Wizard.
