Is this contract still legal?

Is a contract still legal if all the stipulations were not followed through with? such as the down payment that was required but never paid and it was overlooked by the online school, and I only took 3 classes out of the 10 they told me I had to take, and are now saying I have to pay $14,000.00 for classes I never took?

The law works but the system needs changed, We all abide by the law but sometime it failes us. The same with the goverment. God bless the USA, Brign our troops HOME safely, To the men who did not get the credit they deserve, MAY GOD WATCH OVER OUR SERVICE MEN.

AS much as i hate to say it but you got took As if you did sign a contract it is legal and binding unless there is to many flaws in it. Contact an ATTORNEY and be sure you take the contract if one exists to the attorney let him look over the papers to see if it is legal and binding if so i think you are out the $ 14,000.00 dollars.
