Most states have codes for business that have to meet certain standards of sanitation. If you have inspection every month or so, there should be a certificate on the wall in the public eye where it shows how your rated in each catagory and then you will see a overall score on the top in large numbers the total that business received for that inspection. The food industry is suppose to be the most inspected for sanitary conditions since they serve the public and are suppose to be beyond reproach when it comes to cleanliness. This is not always so, if you know of some place you feel is endangering the public, there is a number on the wall on that piece of paper with the inspectors name and what department to call. You can do it as a public citizen and don't have to give your name. If it doesn't get some fast action, keep ccalling untill it does. Get your friends to call too. Inspectors have been bought before you know. Good luck, everyone should enjoy clean places they work at or patronize.
