How can I contact someone to report a problem?

I think there's a bug with the system and it's not working as it should. On IE it seems ok, but on Firefox I have some problems.

At 4:58PM CDT today my mail system was compromised. Hundreds of messages sent: Starting with Dear Friend and offering some type of ticket service....suggestions please?
