Where is the "contact us" link? No where do I find an emaill address or other contact for: support, technical problems, guarantee in print (vs. advertisement) or the name of a real person, except on the testimonials. This is the big problem I find with this website, claim and testimonials. Who do you call if you have a problem with the order, download, or satisfaction with results?
