"console mode" when windows XP is starting ?

how can i switch in "console mode" when windows XP is starting ?

 

edit: I don't talk about DOS console mode but "starting logs" : instead of the "Windows XP" splash screen, i would like to see what the operating system do (the stdout).

If by "Console mode" you mean Command prompt. I've answered something similar just yesterday.
