recently,when i connect to my aol.windows internet explorer comes up right away and covers the aol page what can i do to stop this please

the best thing to do,is get rid of aol first,it will take over your computer!Go to internet settings in the tool bar up top and set aol as your home page.up top where it says FILE EDIT VIEW FAVORITES TOOLS hold pointer over TOOLS and go to bottom of page to internet options,and type in your homepage,http://www.aol.com your sign in box will be on the right hand side of the page.also stay signed in and you wont have to log in everytime.that way you can click your internet explorer icon on your desktop and will go straight to aol home page and will already be signed in.
