The Democratic Congress is as clueless as it's Party's Presidential Candidate.

In two years of holding a majority, they have passed no critical or helpful legislation, and though they claim to revile him, and make a big show of being critical and saying they won't let him get away with this or that, the Democratic controlled Congress, has not once defied George Bush, when it comes to how he wants critical legislation to passed and for what.

Democrats talk alot but typically never do anything positive or constructive. Just like Obama, when he preferred to stay out on the campaign trail instead of using what influence he might have to help pass the Bail Out Package quickly.
