How does congress change a light bulb?

1. They will need a special commission to determine that the bulb is actually burned out.

2. They will have to have contractors bid on changing the bulb. The cost doesn't matter it will just depend who will bribe them with the most money and perks.

3. They will need to have Nancy Pulaski hold a press conference to say that yes the bulb is burned out and we are taking bids to get it changed.

4. Put together a bill to pay 1 billion to change the bulb.

5. send it to the senate and they approve 2 billion.

6. send it back to the house they tack on adding someone to clean up the mess if the bulb breaks another 5 billion.

6.5 then do an environmental impact study to see what the carbon output will be for the life of the bulb and disposal of the old one. 30 billion

7. back to the senate and they want to put in someone to hold a ladder to be safe even though the bulb is in a desk lamp. so 2 billion more.

8. back to the house they agree and just spent 40 billion.

9. the bulb gets changed but still doesn't light because it was just unplugged.

10. Nancy holds another press conference to let America know she wants a truth commission.

11. Nancy now denies that she was ever brief that the light bulb was burned out.

Is that how its done?

Yes as to Nancy Pelosi.  Glad you asked me to answer as I do not like her.  Have you noticed her voice changes from normal to a little girl's voice all the time.  Weird stuff.  I would like to see her replaced.  I can not understand her at all.  She's a female Sylvester Stallone.  Seriously, listen to her talk sometime.  She does this baby voice that drives me up the wall.

By the way Dillon what is your thought as to the Senate and Congress.  I voted for all the republicans that I could even down to dog catchers.  I voted for Obama yes but I really dislike seeing the Presidency, Senate and Congress from all one Party.  You would think it would speed things up but I feel it's not in our best interest nor does it speed up Congress.  I intend to vote Republican if their is a suitable candidate from my home State running for Senate next time.

Dillon,  your 11points on changing a light bulb is priceless.  I think this should be sent to Bill O'Riley or Glenn Beck on Fox.  They would have a field day with this one.

I think Glenn Beck would like it but im not sure Bill O'Riley would. Although I like Bill i just dont think he would bring this up because he is always trying to make liberals happy. Lately he seems to be going out of his way to prove to them he gives equil time.

Believe bill needs to stop worrying about those nuts and just report the truth and if they dont like it they can put on a black dress and go give Obama a monica just like Chriss Mathews wants to do.
