Recently, my like clockwork 28 day cycle has changed to 31-32 days for a few cycles then to 39 days and 36 days respectively. Now I am on day 8 of my most recent 36 day cycle and my cervix has been soft and high for the past 2-3 days. Why would this be? Could I be pregnant? I am 33 years old, have been the same weight (give or take) for about 4 years.

I would try not to worry as it could be a number of external factors, most likely stress. I am also normally 28 days like clockwork and last month, my period came a whole week early. My best friend got 3 false periods before she realised she was pregnant at 11 weeks, so you never know.
If you are worried about it, go and see your doctor, but try not to stress.

Sorry, I know it is really hard but we all forget the effect that stress has on our body so try to find ways to keep yourself relaxed. Pilates, yoga, meditation whatever works for you.
