Why does McAfee Antivirus doesnt run on my PC ...

Why does McAfee Antivirus doesnt run on my PC?During installation it says that an error has occured & so I should report this problem to Microsoft & it gives two options: Send ,  Don't Send. I tried clicking on both of them but it automatically restarts my PC. Any suggestions are accepted.

did you ever install and uninstall the application from this computer?

if you did, you should search the uninstall patch in the McAfee web page
