Why risk it? What will happen it you get caught? What are risk if you corrupt application? It is restricted for a reason and if I restricted it, I would put in tracking to help catch any attempts or instances when restriction are circumvented. Most hotel have public PC and the cost of a second notebook is so low, it has to outweigh risk.
