If i use corporate laptop to browse restricted websites from internet connections in my home or from a hotel can my office netwrok administrator find out? How can i escape getting caught?
use a program like http://www.privacyeraser.com/free-internet-eraser.htm to get rid of your history, cache, auto-complete forms, cookies, and more.
in the future use Google Chrome in incognito mode. it will clear it for you
Why risk it? What will happen it you get caught? What are risk if you corrupt application? It is restricted for a reason and if I restricted it, I would put in tracking to help catch any attempts or instances when restriction are circumvented. Most hotel have public PC and the cost of a second notebook is so low, it has to outweigh risk.

Yes they can see using the laptop's browsing history. There are other ways for you not be caught. Try to delete cookies and clear your browsing history before you go to work. That is the safest way.
