I can't seem to take a Pix from say Drudge Report ...

I can't seem to take a Pix from say Drudge Report (Obummur checking out the 'Local Bum') & post it here. I have been trying to use the "Add Image" at the top of this "Question Box" but can't seem to get it done??? All Answers, PLEASE, make it ABSOLUTLY STEP BY STEP CLEAR BOTH AT THE "PIX SITE" & "HERE" PLEASE as to what I need to do. TNX.   John

So....as with most of Ur "Replies" we have to "Interpolate" them & as with this one Extract that U AGAIN HAVE NO CLUE !!! Of course I'm sure I can find someone who will be happy to either "Post" it for me or "Teach Me" in a "True Spirit of Transparency" as the Pix of Obummer scoping out the one gals caboose & groping the other ones' is too good to not Post!!!  John

First you should check the file size allowed when uploading image.

once determine the file size, use the photo editing software to do it

crop the picture into desirable size and quality then upload it
