How do I reset my mac? I have tried holding down ...
how do I reset my mac? I have tried holding down the "C" key but it just boots up as normal. I have tried holding "Control and S" to boot into single-user mode, it still boots up as normal. I lost my password so that is why I am resetting it. I have also tried holding "Control" but a giant lock comes up on the screen and it has a bar to type something in but since i don't have the password i cant type it in. I have also called Apple but my phone support is up. I don't know what else to do.
