why can't I see my google toolbar, i've installed and enabled it by selecting view->toolbar
Just because I'm a girl, doesn't mean I don't know about IT training or even MCSE Training .
What type of browser are you using? Firefox would require you to restart it. That may be the problem.

Google has a help forum for their toolbar. I suggest you ask here.
