Try to reinstall and then maybe disabling McAffee Site Advisor 3.0 in Add-on control panel.

I contacted McAfee tech service ( I was connected to someone in India). Actually, he have me the same advise that was given to me by Yedda. I deleted McAfee Site Advisor and then reinstalled it. Problem resolved.
