I have a hand me down Toshiba Satellite P15-S470 ...

I have a hand me down Toshiba Satellite P15-S470 laptop that I have never got to run.  When I power up it comes on screen "Invalid system disk. Replace the disk then press any key." I don't have a system disk, where do I get one?
