buddy, you don't say what kind of computer, what [o/s] operting system, windows xp, vista, etc.
windows vista won't let you add ANYTHING that is NOT vista compatible.
Are you using wind_vista?
are you using vista compatible printer?, If not you HAVE to buy a new printer that is vista compatible.
