This depends on how she did it. If it's installed on your computer, find a unblocked computer and go to www.peacefire.org - they've been helping kids browse porn for years. Search online for cgi proxy, you'll find a bunch.

If it's located as a network thing, so not software on your computer, there are ways around that. First, there are a bunch of online services like anonymizer - costs money, but they're specifically for helping people in countries with restricted internet access (like china) browse the web unhampered.

There is a free piece of software called tor. It's an anonymizer network, which means that anything you do through it is pretty much anonymous. Basically people can (and will) watch what you are doing, but they can't actually figure out who you are. It also goes around many pieces of censorware.

Lastly, try altering the urls. Open up character map in windows. Look for the text which tells you the character in hex, it'll look like7E or 20 or 5C or something like that. Put a % in front of the hex number. In most urls (but not the domain name) you can do stuff like
http://www.google.com/search?q=%47%69%6D%6d%69%65%20%70%6F%72%6E
Makes a google search for "Gimmie porn" - look up hex http://www.asciitable.com/
Putting censorship software on a computer is a horrible thing to do. I wish you luck.
