How do I restore my program files into the Start Menu in Windows

XP after I re-installed it? Normally I would have to uninstall and then re-install EVERY program onto my laptop.

Strange, normally on reinstall, start menu will show up exactly like before. If it doesn't you need to add them one by one. Sorry.
