Background:
HR-45, a hotly contested and admittedly draconian anti-gun-owner bill, is the work of ACORN, false-fronted by Obama, to empower outlaws and render law-abiding citizens absolutely defenseless against them.
It sets firearms training requirements but makes absolutely no attempt to provide that training, empowers police to enter your home to inspect for guns or anything related to them, requires a burdensome federal license to own guns, forbids the transfer of guns by private citizens, persecutes gun dealers insanely, and is so far to the paranoid left that no rational group has come forward to recommend it.
However, extreme leftists (and only they) think that persecuting law-abiding gun owners is fine sport. It is designed to provoke bloodshed and leave law-abiding Americans with only one choice: to die in bloody horror or join violent outlaw gangs if only to protect one's children.
The most troublesome part is the mandatory psychiatric evaluation. One of the "Absolute contraindicators" against gun ownership is that your life and family has been attacked in the past and is currently living under, "A clear and present threat to life and limb . . .." That ABSOLUTLELY FORBIDS the victims of violence to have any means whatsoever to defend their lives.
It is clear that HR-45 is intended not to reduce crime, but soften the target of crime, empower criminal gangs who scoff against the law anyway, and now have defacto control of YOUR streets, all with Obama's racist blessing.
To date, 3/4 of the nations State Police Agencies have agreed that they will not enforce such an insane law, but Obama has conspired to recruit a personal army that is far larger and more powerful than the standing Armed Forces we have now.
"Obama's Boys" would include Black Panthers, Crips, and all else whom Obama's racist agenda favors over "Whitey." Obama's Boys will, of course, be exempt from the law and may choose any means that they wish to enforce Obama's will on us all.
