Is there a collapse/expand functionaliy in Microsoft Word that I'm missing?

I would really like to be able to collapse specific areas in a Microsoft Word document and let the user expand them, If he wants to, while readding the doc.

So lets say I highlight a paragraph, right clock it, select the "collapse" option and the result would be:

[+] header name

When the reader clicks the [+] he will expand the text.

cheers:)
