Well, I would not presume to know all the many books that are being published on the subject, and your question is somewhat general. A good book about coaching in career environment is "Real Coaching an feedback" by JK Smart, Apprentice Hall. Another good one is "Career Coaching: an Insider''s Guide" by marcia Bench.

If your intention is  - how to advance yourself in a the context of your career, by using coaching techniques, this is somewhat tricky. At this time, I am not aware of a book that uses the coaching methodology for self career improvement.  ,

However, you may wish to read "The Rules of Work" by Richard Templar - somewhat provocative but very interesting. On another note, and closer to coaching is Covey's "The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People", especially if coupled together with his more practical book - "The clock and the compass" .

If you wish to stay with Hebrew, when coaching is the issue, the best book on the market, by far, is Reuven Katz's "Coaching for life" (look in the Israeli's coaching organization website). However, while it gives all the essentials, I doubt that it is really useful for self application if you never did any coaching.

Character in Transition - A Guide to Not Burning the Bridge by Nicholas Andrew Depew.

It thoroughly explains how you create either a good or bad reputation based on how you leave jobs. That reputation then follows you into your next job. The book gives readers a great step by step process for how to leave a job or position behind with integrity. It's easy to read and understand. I highly recommend it for anyone thinking about making a career move.
