Can anybody explain why the Skins cannot find and keep a coach that is worth keeping? Zorn was supposed to be the offensive cop-ordinator. He got pushed into coach when management could not find anybody willing to take the job. Is it all Snyder?
Let's look back. Marty was jetisoned for Spurier who was a huge failure trying to recycle as many Gator QBs as he could find. It cost us Davis at RB. Tugging at the legacy heartstrings of Saint Joe got him back, but there is nobody to use that tactic on again. Joe Bugle isn't crazy enough to take the job and he's the only remotely attached to the glory days.
It is amazing that a storied frachise has this much trouble finding and staying with a coach who is in concert with ownership. Let the coaches coach and let the players play. Meddling has proven to be near fatal. Get Shananhan or Gruden ansd leave them to coach and make player decisions. If not done right now, we will lose the chance to see Portis, Moss, Fletcher and others get to compete for Lombardi's trophy. They can't last forever.
If it is Snyder, make him understand his imapact. If he just can't stop doing whtever it is he feels the need to do that hurts this team, let's start directing our collective frustration where it belongs. I submit that jeering at the hired staff does nothing when the boss is the problem.
