We are going on an Alaskan Cruise at the end of June 2009, what clothes should we take for outside thinks and can we dress informaly for ship dinning eg I dont want to take a tux!
You just just take lots of different things, some nice things for the evening, and layers. You'll want to dress much different during the day then you will want to at night. You want to have a variety.
The good thing about cruise ships nowadays is that they give you options. If you desire not to attend formal affairs, then in other parts of the ship there are other activities for you. Most cruise ships have more than one restaurant nowadays and surely, what ever your desires are, those with cruise ship jobs be able to accommodate.
