Clomid can affect your cycle length-can make it shorter or longer than usual. Or if you have irregular cycles, can still be a different length each cycle on clomid. Do you know if you ovulated & if so what day? You could be testing too early? You should wait at least 18 days past ovulation if you are unsure of your luteal phase before testing. Good luck!
