How do i clear off profiles on my 360

Step 1

Go to the XBox dashboard. You can get there by starting the console without a game disk in the drive, or, if a game has already started, simply press the XBox button followed by the Y button.

  Move to the "Support" menu. This is the "blade" farthest to the right.

  Select "Memory" from the screen. This will allow to access all the files on your XBox's hard drive.

  Select your hard drive from the next screen, and then select "Profiles" from the next menu.

  Step 5
  Look at the list of profiles, and select any that you want to remove. Simply press the X button when the profile is highlighted, and then select Delete.
