problems with h2o mop its not showing any steam after the green lights on.wHY WON"T IT WORK i BOUGHT IT ONLINE NOT EVEN A YEAR AGO
Jen, I had same problem with mine. Had to try several times. Make sure gasket is closed very tight. Make sure you wait at least the recommended 15 minutes for water to heat, the steam should start shortly afterward.
