i sued a guy for return of my auto part. we had already been to court. he lied so bad and conviced the judge i owed him a refund of the part bill. the guy wouldnt let me honor my warranty and took the car with my part in it he paid for. i owed the refund due to his lies. so now i sued him for the part back after paying the refund. we went yesterday. the guy lied even worse.i had all my proof, i even had my police reports were he was cursing me and harrassing me publicly. we live in a small town. he lied in court this time saying that the money he was getting wasnt a refund it was a reward for me due to deceptive trade practices. total lie. the 1st judge had thrown that out. the new judge believed him after i told him go get the prior papers proving his lie. he wouldnt. he ruled against me to recover my part. so the guy got a refund due to perjury and he got to keep my 1000.00 part do to proved perjury. and to top it of when judge came back with verdict sheet it said he ruled in predijuce. which means i have no recourse for this judges mishandling of my case. hje even spelled my name wrong and list on the verdict i had an attorney present when i was buy myself. i want to know how to have my case investigated in some kind of non prejiduce office to help me.
