It’s up to you but proper European etiquette is to remove the label. Sometimes it might be difficult to remove it without the risk of damaging the cigar’s wrapper. You should smoke the cigar about two thirds down, as the heat and moisture will soften the band’s natural glue. At that time you can safely remove the band.
