Actually there is a premium cigar. It is known as the Gurkha His Majesty Reserve. It is only made is small quantities and is sold for $750 for a single and $15000 for a box. I've never had one, but all the reviews on it say it is the best cigar ever made. I think it is made in the Domincan Republic with tobaccos made from around the world though, but the tobacco is cured with a very fine cognac too to add to the taste, which again, is said to be amazing
