In addition to the posts above mine, you might try your local churches and businesses.  Quite often you will find that they also have the same type of thing.  A tree with names and ages on each "tag" and the church members each take a tag or two or whatever they can afford and fulfill the wishes.

 Just to tell you a sweet and true story along these lines.  My son won $700 gambling in Atlantic City and he and his wife and daughters took his winnings and chose a family of 7 from one of those trees.  They had a ball spending $100 on each of those family members.  So, go out now and see a pastor/priest/rabbi in your neighborhood and get your name on a list somewhere.  This country is a very generous country.  I hope you and your family find many giving people in your area.
