Do the words of God below describe SCORPIONS? as in Ezekiel 2:6
A scorpion is one that has become rebellious to God’s truth. Reading the truth of God in the holy scriptures is something that can be done for a lifetime; But without God’s lead that is given by striving to follow His instructions in Proverbs chapter two it may as well be a lifetime of waste when it come to in depth spiritual truth with spiritual understanding.
For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of His mouth cometh knowledge with understanding. Proverbs 2:6
Only our Lord can give wisdom, and not the doctrines of man. Is that not what is written?
Whom shall He teach knowledge? And whom shall He make to understand doctrine? Them that are weaned from the milk, and drawn from the breasts. For precept must be upon precept, precept upon precept; line upon line, line upon line; here a little, and there a little. Isaiah 28:9-10
God is particular on whom He gives knowledge therefore can’t be just anyone. It is ones heart that God goes by because it is our hearts that tell God everything about us. Our lips can say all things in truth or lies, but our hearts can hide nothing from God.
But strong meat belongeth to them that are of full age, even those who by reason of use have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil. Hebrews 5:14
Babes must mature through time and effort as it takes many years to come to the point where God will begin to give you His Spirit of wisdom and knowledge with understanding. It took me about eighteen years to gain, therefore be wise in whom you believe and always prove all things.
All that the world of religion today knows is what is on the surface rather than the deep and hidden things; and God is about to tell you why.
That your faith should not stand in the wisdom on men, but in the power of God.
Take note in your heart of all that God is telling you.
Howbeit we speak wisdom among them that are perfect: yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this world, that come to nought.
The greatest teachers still in the flesh will come to nought!! Blind leaders!
For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent. Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this world? Hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? 1 Corinthians 1:19-20
But we speak the wisdom of God in a mystery, even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the world unto our glory.
Which none of the princes of this world knew: for had they known it, they would have not of crucified the Lord of glory.
But as it is written, eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him.
But God hath revealed them unto us by His Spirit: for the Spirit searcheth all things, yea, the deep things of God.
For what man knoweth the things of a man, save the spirit of man which is in him? Even so the things of God knoweth no man, but the Spirit of God.
Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the spirit which is of God; that we might know the things that are freely given to us of God.
Do you understand what God just told you? He wants to teach but can not just teach all. We must for many years have a faith in our hearts that He sees before He will ever allow us to know Him along with diligently searching for Him. Hebrews 11:6
One can go to church for a lifetime and never come to knowing God intimately because only God can be the teacher of truth. Fellowship in the world of tomorrow will be good because the truth will be there for all to be in unity and one accord with proper spiritual knowledge and with God as their fuel injector.
Through prayer I write as of my own self I can do nothing. When Our Lord is with me the words that I write seem to flow with knowing what scriptures to write and when to write them.
Christianity and many religions of the world stand on verses like:
And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Matthew 16:18
Not God's true church which few even know the meaning of which are His first-fruits that will be resurrected at the last trump when Christ returns.
God never lies and the word church means called out ones. Just this subject alone would require an extensive library, and for that matter so would everything that God says, and that is why He has His Spirit of Truth that He gives only to those He has chosen. There is but one church and only one truth:
For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints. 1 Corinthians 14:33
There are thousands of different religions with different doctrines and different beliefs that are nothing but confusion. And they individually are the only ones right with all other being wrong. Therefore no matter what church you belong to you’re happy because you know that yours is the only true church, when in truth it is but the blind leading the blind.
Just ask your own self this question. Are you fully following Christ? Do you honor the feasts that He attended? Or do you attend the pagan holidays of man?
Do the words that you just read place me within the words of Christ in John 15:18-19?
Did not the people dislike Ezekiel for his message that they did not believe?
