I think I would go with #4 it more romantic, soft ....and if you loke the look clean cut professinal look, go wtith #1.
I would think something like three except not so styled to look like a mess. It looks too worked and not natural enough. It also would depend on the texture of your hair. The important thing is that you have some spikes fall on your forehead. The other thing to consider is your age. A very spiky cut with lots of jell and hair sticking up all over is for kids younger than eighteen. You look like you are in your twenties. A more tamed version with a few loose spikes would look better.
