Sure it's fine. It isn't likely that it will make much of a difference in lowering your cholesterol but it won't hurt. There are many reasons cholesterol is high, including family genetics and what you regularly eat. Oatmeal is healthy and is said to help lower it, but it's not a sure cure.

Oatmeal is an effective natural cholesterol reducer , manyexperts reccomend it to people who have a high cholesterol
