Does my child suppport change?

Does my child support change if my new family situation changes? I am paying child support for one child from a privious marriage, I am now married with 2 children (my wife's children). Does my child support to my daughter change due to my suppporting my spouse?

It takes a minute to find a friend... A day to know them...

But an entire life time to forget them....

Hello,

Your obligations towards your kids won't change , they are in the same need now than they where before. You being in a new relationship has nothing to do with the fact that your kids won't need your financial help...  The only thing that can change is if your ex wife cancel your support to your daughter or if your income changed since last year...

I know this cause my ex try to cancel or change his support and came to find out there is nothing he can do unless I cancel .

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your new family !!!!

Marie

Life is like a box of chocolate.  You never know what your gonna git.

No your support of your daughter should not change if you had the support in an iron clad support agreement at the time of your divorce
