Could it possibly be growing pains? Maybe she hurt herself and didn't tell you?

Hi Aggie-I am a vet in South Africa- I use pulsed magnetic therapy- the BEMER- on my children, myself and animal patients- huge success with restless legs and children's pains. look on website www.afb.li. hire one or buy one- it is the best money you can spend. sell yr car if you need to. My 10 yr old son recovers from sports injuries in 12 hrs, has never had an asthmatic post viral attack since I bought it 18 m ago- or even a bad cold- was over it in 1 day. Wonderful results with dogs recovering use of legs post surgery. It can do NO harm. regards. Kathy

You know much better if you already bring her into doctor specialist on that problem just to find out what really is that and have a better finding for your daughter legs.

I used to have this pain for years too growing up but my parents never had the money for a doctor visit. I believe it to be very poor circulation . Exersicing her legs would help the restless and painful feeling. Have her drink  a tall glass of milk before bed. The magnesium in the milk helps to relax your muscles. At bedtime, have her wear as little clothes to bed at possible. During the day, only have her wear comfortable , loose fitting clothing. Have her wear socks and shoes only when needed. I would let her little footsies breathe. Look into child massage too. it would work miracles! Or, just do it yourself.(Remember, always massage towards the heart to aid in circulation, from the feet to the heart, from the head and arms, to the heart) Let me know if any of this helps:)I hope your daughter feels better!:)

what is she doing everyday? does she play a lot. maybe her legs are tired. at night let her lie down on her bed while her feet is hanging upward. this will relax her feet. i hope this could help her.
