I think that one of the most important things to do is to give your child a variety of healthy foods when they are young. Let your kids try sushi, broccoli, all kinds of vegetables, foods from other countries, etc. That way, they will not grow up being picky eaters. Also, let your children see from a young age that you yourself are a good example of healthy eating, avoiding soda, fast food, and junk food.
