Will I lose weight if I chew gum (sugar free) instead of eating?
Is this diet going to help me lose the weight quickly?
this is very unhealthy and you most likly will develop an eating disorder. eat fruit and veggies are the best in place of meals beause they are naturally low in calories and high in the vitamens you NEED throughout the day.
Yes i chew gum and not food and before doing this i was a size 20 and now i am a size 8 it did me the world of good so go for it

No...the loss will be in fluid and lean muscle.... And because of a lack in balance nutrition and decrease in MR....it will be fleeting and only increase your over BFA......eat ..think..be leary

Absolutely Not! Besides eating sugarless gum will give you dirrehea. Starvation diets are the worst diets ever. Don't try them you are sure to fail. Trust me on this. Okay. Exercise instead. keep your body moving always.
