I keep getting adrenal surges (that's the best way I can describe how they feel) that go to my chest and cause me to have chest pain, what could this be

and the other night I felt this shock-like pain go straight to my heart

could this be neck or back pain related?

anything that causes pain in your chest or to your heart should be checked out by a doctor ASAP!!!!

my other guess: do you suffer anxiety/panic attacks? 'cuz when i did, i felt everything you described AND started sweating profusely and felt like i couldn't breathe. valium has helped me immensely when i have an anxiety attack.

BUT SEE A DOCTOR ANYWAY!!!
