i have a gynecomastia lump the size of a golf ball. do you recomend surgery? i hav had this lump for nearly 2years and it seens to be growing because i can feel sharp pain in my chest from time to time. if i do get the surgery will this afect my muscel? can i still build muscle after the surgen gets rid of the tissues around the nipple as wel as the lump?

I would ask a doctor to look into it.

If you've had it for 2 years and it doesn't change, and it doesn't bother you, maybe the best thing is to leave it alone. But a doctor would probably know better after examining you.
