How can I check my email status on AIM? on Yedda

How can I check my email status on AIM?

I used to be able to click on message status to see if my mail was opened. In my sent items I could click the drop down arrow and click message status.That option is no longer listed next to the message I sent. How can I check to see if my email sent from AIM was read or not? Was that option completely removed.
