How to check ISP's where I live

Hi, I live out in the country like 20 minutes from any city and I currently have dialup and used to have verizon mobile broadband but somehow my limit went way over 5gb and got charged alot of money. Is there any way I could find out if theres any internet out where I live. Thanks
