In my opinion, Not having sex but once a week does not mean he is cheating.  He might need more spice in his life to get going.  There are many reason this could happen. you need to communicate and always go with the facts.  If he is cheating, there should be other indications within his daily lifestyle.

It all depends if it is a big change from what you were used to...... If you used to have sex several times a week and of a sudden it droped to once a week, that is suspicious (still there could be other explanations rather than cheating).  Best thing you can do is discuss it with him and find ways and means to ignite your sex as well.

I agree with OronD that it depends on how often you were having sex before.  In many cases, the man is not cheating but is masturbating regularly, often with porn.  After the initial excitment of a new partner, many men find it easier to be turned on my the fantasy world that porn creates.

Try to spice things up a bit and be as intimate as possible - something he cannot get by himself - and see if that helps.

no.  this does not mean tht he is cheating on u.  if u thnk hes cheating on u there will b more signs like:

1). he is no longer interested in u

2). he has ti find reasons NOT to c u
