Did you try to him for an honest answer?  If not I think it's hard to check on line unless you have is password.  If he is playing on line and stops or signs off when you walk in then maybe he is. Or if he met someone on line and is meeting her in public and dressing different or coming and going at different times then in the past then maybe he is.  Try following him?  So sorry.

Again, feel free to call me Toll Free at (877) 687-3939/OUR-EYEZ. The call is free and so is the advice. This is a very indepth issue and there are alot of legal concerns. Ownership of the computer in question, is the number 1 issue. Also, If you are both adults and he owns the computer in question. You legally have no right to the information on it. However, I can tell you where to go to get the information, but keep in mind that he could file a lawsuit against you and win...There are alot of Trade Secrets within our industry and I have an ethical responsibility to protect this information & scrutinize anybody asking for information such as this.

Also, I would caution against trying to follow someone yourself or asking 1 of your friends to do it. I am generally called after my clients failed attempts (which makes it costly & harder for us to do the job) and you only have 1 shot to do an investigation/surveillance right. If you make a mistake, he will be looking over his shoulders forever and it is impossible to get any evidence when someone knows their being followed. Not a good feeling...
