i can hear voice in microphone and speakers and others cant able hear my voice even though i checked the connections ? why?

Did you check your control panel settings and make sure your microphone isn't muted? Usually the mic is muted as the default option.
I think there is AV cord which is wrongly connected. Take out the connections and retry it. Even if it doesnt work you need to contact ENT surgeon.
