Can anyone tell me where i can get help for my ...

Can anyone tell me where i can get help for my autistic daughter?  she is in dire need of braces. She has no dental insurance. We live in the state of South Carolina. Any help will be appreciated.

How do I find the time?

Are you in touch with the South Carolina Autism Society?  as you may be able to apply to them for the money you need to get your daughter braces.
