hi this is ishaq.i got 35107 rank in eamcet ...during my exam i had given my category as OC but now i want to change it to BC-E...whether it is possibe to change this during councilling time

Yah you can change your credentials during counselling providing required document
also, it will affect your state\region rank because what so ever rank you got was determined by your caste,hence it will be troublesome job to convince authority
