You are very valuable to God. I know that is difficult to see faith in a practical way if you do not have a car. Pray for an opportunity and take it, even if it is cleaning floors. It will be temporary. I came to this country when I was 26, no family, no English, no car, didn't know how to drive or how to write a check, nobody told me that I could ask for help to the government, so I never took food stamps or had Medicaid. I worked in a cafeteria close to where I used to live and I used to walk several blocks. You are young, you are strong, psoriasis is probably from anxiety and stress, it will get better with meditation and relaxation exercises. I'm not better than you and you are as worthy as anybody else. You are valuable to God. Listen to the voice that guides you to the light and tells you to take an opportunity. Take any decent job, with a happy heart, repeat positive statements like: "Everything I desire is coming my way, in bigger amount that I can even imaging." Think about it and believe that you deserve it. Start rising up early and breath in, breath out and think about this, believing it. Even if things get worst believe it. We attract what we believe and what we think. I can assure you things will get better, but I cannot tell you when, you just need to start doing it and believe.
